Seasons are part of the Campaign System, Each victory in matchmaking awards a Star. A defeat costs one. If they get at least 30 Stars during a Season, the player unlocks a special board in every Ancient Games
Each Season lasts 4 months and rewards the player with a board based on the Season's theme. Two or three additional themed boards are added to the Store at the same time.
At the end of the Season, the players keep their Stars, but their progress on the campaign map is reset.
